Payment Terms and Refunds

Pricing for all coaching services is communicated at the time of enrollment. Payment is due as agreed in the signed client agreement. All sales are final. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, available at /refundpolicy, which provides a Conditional Results Guarantee tied to documented compliance with the program. The Conditional Results Guarantee is the sole and exclusive path to a refund of payments made under a coaching enrollment.
